Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show any signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted under any circumstances. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs once the product has been shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period. To qualify, items must still meet all return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
